We don’t pay as well
Ray made an interesting observation the other day. He pointed out that we update the same days as the Big Game Lottery. It’s like Christmas every Tuesday & Friday! I don’t actually play the lottery, since I figure my chances of finding a winning lottery ticket are pretty much the same as buying one. There’s a group of people at work that are in a lottery club, and the guy who collects the money sits across from me. They’ve been doing it for about 6 months now, and the group as a whole has about $20 to show for it. I’ve suggested they just burn their money and dance around it. Same effect, but you get a better story out of it my way!
