Monkey House is a web comic created by Tom & I (David) back in 2003. I don’t really remember our motivation anymore, it was probably just another “hey, that sounds like fun” project. Since neither of us can draw, Tombo got stuck with learning Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop. Once it got going Ray became our #1 fan and started contributing ideas and the occasional script.
Then in Feb 2009 Ray got the ball rolling again with an innocent message:
“You guys should do monkey house again, it was funny.”
Without really consulting Tom, I responded that I’d be up for it if he wanted to be a co-writer. And we kind of dragged him back in. The best part is that Tom lost all his graphics files, so he’s starting from scratch again!
